Tests and Results

Our phlebotomy clinics run numerous days throughout the week and are pre bookable appointments. You will be given a specific time and date where you will need to attend to the surgery and check in at the reception area.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU BOOK IN SO THAT WE KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED. 

You may have been given a form when consulting with the doctor to which you will need to bring with you. 

We are unable to take bloods not requested by your doctor or nurse. 

TESTS ORGANISED BY HOSPITAL DOCTORS
We do not get results of tests requested by hospital doctors.  These are sent straight to the hospital and you should contact the secretary of the consultant/ specialist you are under. 
Results from these tests are usually available at your next hospital appointment.

Blood Test Results 

You must allow 7- 10 working days  before contacting  the surgery for your result. Please note that some more in depth tests can take longer. 

Please telephone the surgery Monday - Friday  between 10am - 12.00pm  and press option 1.

X-Ray and Scan Results 

Please allow at least 7- 10 working days before telephoning the surgery for your result.
