Home Visit Requests

HOME VISIT REQUESTS 

Home visits are specifically designed for those patients who: 

1) Are housebound 

2) Terminally  ill 

3) Elderly and frail 

All other patients will be encouraged to attend to the surgery. we appreciate where possible if all home visit requests can be made before 830am. This enables the clinicians to plan their sessions correctly .

Please note the lack of transport to the surgery will not warrant a home visit
